Basmati rice – Indian rice

My husband and I are fans of Indian cuisine really, tp usually common to the Indian buffet restaurant aka😅 ga can bikinnya🙈 few weeks ago we order online Indian cuisine. I just found the recipe online, and the result is exactly kyk in that Indian restaurant .. try yuk, this is really delicious sm rendang or curry dishes 😘
In this recipe I cook rice using pot alias ga pake rice cooker (water 2x rice dumplings), klo yg pake rice cooker, the water is adjusted with the usual doses of cooking in rice cooker yaa ..

Ingredients

1 cup of basmati rice, if there is white rice aja
2 whole cloves
2 whole cardamoms
2-3 cm cinnamon
1 teaspoon cumin
Sufficient onion slices
1 tbsp cooking oil
A little salt
2 cup water

Step

Prepare materials.

Wash basmati rice and drain it.

Heat cooking oil, saute onion for a while, then enter the cloves, cardamom, cinnamon sm.

Add rice and cummin together, then stir fry briefly, then add water and salt, stir, cover the pot or pans. Cook with a very small fire yaa. The original recipe actually sauteed cumin briefly, tp sblmnya prnh jintannya even a little burnt, jdnya bit bitter taste 😁 jd let me safely enter together with rice.

After that cook the rice kira2 10-15 minutes. Do not open it often, let the process steamnya ga keganggu 😊



Before serving, remove the cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon let ga go to eat. So deh 😉
